Pliez une bande de 3cm de large en haut du rectangle de papier et une autre de 5cm de large en bas. Dans le sens de la largeur, pliez le papier \u00e0 11cm du bord, r\u00e9alisez un second pli \u00e0 7cm du premier, puis un troisi\u00e8me \u00e0 11cm du second et enfin le dernier 7 cm plus loin.
